Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept payment by debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or cash. We do not offer deferred bill payments. You can be provided with a detailed printout of services provided and a cost breakdown.
In the event that your bird requires treatments such as a long-term hospital stay, surgery, ultrasounds, specialist consults, or extensive blood work, you are provided with an estimate of costs. You will be asked to sign this estimate and pay a portion of the total amount before we proceed with any treatments.
